Created in 2006, the What's Up Shopper operated through 2014 as a weekly shopping publication for local businesses located in Gaston, Lincoln, Cleveland and some surrounding counties of North and South Carolina.  The What's Up Shopper features free classifieds, contests, and local good news.  We also cover local high school sports in association with our parent company, KTC Broadcasting, Inc.
